SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Harley's Way Pet Treats, we are dedicated to ensuring the prompt and safe delivery of your orders. We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs, and our packaging is carefully designed to maintain the freshness and quality of our products during transit. All of our orders are delivered via Australia Post or as otherwise requested. Deliveries are typically done within 5-10 business days following the order, although this varies depending on location. Once an order is completed you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your item is sent. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this moment we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges, however, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with our treats. Once the package has been dispatched, we absolve ourselves of any further responsibility for your package, unless you receive a faulty product. If for such reasons you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We urge you to confirm and inspect your ordered items verifying the absence of any defective product.
